Architectural Review

In order to maintain a high-quality, consistent appearance throughout the neighborhood, exterior changes must be reviewed and approved by the association's Architectural Review Committee prior to construction.

Typical projects requiring architectural review include:
  • Painting
  • Roof replacement
  • Room Additions
  • Fences
  • Deck/patio construction
  • Major Landscaping projects
Before starting your project, please complete and submit an Architectural Review Request Form.  Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by the association's Architectural Review Committee.

If you have any questions about the Architectural Review Process, please contact Home Association Solutions LLC, the association's management company, at 913-825-0001.

Per the Deed Restrictions "All roofs must be replaced with the same style and color of the original shingles".

Since the deed restrictions were designed, several new manufacturers and models of shingles have been evaluated and approved by the HOA board as “equals” and acceptable replacement materials.

Below is a complete list of board approved shingles and associated colors as of August 1, 2020.  NOTE, you MUST complete and submit an architectural request form with one of the selections below, and must be approved by the architectural committee prior to beginning work.
